395g tin Condensed Milk
2 cups heavy/thickened/Whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup mango pulp
He starts off with 3 fresh mangoes that are soft and ripe.
He removes the skin and seed off to extract the fruit flesh out.
Next, he mashes up the mango pulp into a puree and sets it aside.
He adds in a can of sweetened condensed milk into his mixture bowl.
He adds in 2 cups of thickened cream.
And in goes half a cup of milk.
He uses a mixer to whipped all the creamy ingredients together on medium for about 2 minutes.
He adds in the mango puree to the mixture and switches on the mixer for about 10 seconds.
And the mango ice cream premix is done!
Next, he pours the premix into his ice cream maker machine for about 15 to 20 minutes and he’s done! Easy!
