Pete from Kitchenables YouTube Channel shares his video review onthe KenWood IM200 Ice Cream Maker.
He shows us the box and packaging by turning it on the different sides.
Next He shows us what he pulls out from the box, which is namely:
1. The Bowl (All In One. No Inner Removable bowl)
2. Plastic Paddle
3. Lip with Motor to Turn the Paddle
He mentions that the bowl is kinda bulky but feels solid and sturdy for the price you pay.
“Looks like it will stand the test of time.”
He moves on next to show how to use the ice-cream maker. He shares that you need to pre-freeze the bowl in the freezer 8 hour prior to making your ice-cream with the Kenwood IM200.
He says that it’s important to start the machine churning before you pour in the ice-cream mix.
Test 1: Any Mess?
Answer: No Mess at all. He manages to pour the ice-cream mix into the opening on the lid with ease.
20 minutes later, he shows us the texture and consistency of a soft-served ice-cream has emerged.
Test 2: Thick Enough?
Answer: Lovely and Thick. As he removes the lid, the paddle remains in the bowl, pulled odwn by the thickness of the ice-cream in the bowl.
Test 3: Taste Good?
Answer: Delicious Ice Cream! He takes a bite and shares his joy during taste-testing.
