Our Verdict | If you’re looking for a reasonably priced ice-cream maker that comes with an electric compressor, look no further than the Cuisinart ICE-100 Compressor Ice Cream and Gelato Maker.
It’s suitable for usage at home or small restaurants. Relatively easy to use, it’s main forte lies it’s in consistent performance in churning out ice-cream batch after batch with great results. Drawbacks? It can get a tad noisy that’s to be expected for a kitchen appliance. Some users have also complained of a squeaky sound coming from the churning blade, it can be easily rectified by lubricating the affected blade area with butter or vegetable oil. Easy stuff to overlook and a small price to pay for homemade ice-cream at your fingertips. |
